Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m a storyteller at heart, always chasing the threads of meaning woven through everyday life. I live in Parkersburg, Iowa, and when I’m not writing or creating, you’ll usually find me chasing sunrises on a road trip, hiking somewhere peaceful, or discovering a new coffee shop with the perfect vibe (and even better lattes). I’m also a proud mom to a 20-year-old son and an 18-year-old daughter, who have been my greatest teachers and constant reminders of what really matters.
For nearly 20 years, I ran a successful photography business, capturing real moments and raw emotion from behind the lens. That chapter shaped me in more ways than I can count. But over time, I felt a deeper calling. Not just to witness people’s stories, but to help them understand them. That pull led me into the world of self-development, life coaching, numerology and energy healing. It was a shift from freezing moments in time to helping others reconnect with the meaning behind those moments.
Now, instead of freezing moments in time I’m more interested in creating space for women to pause, reflect and reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have forgotten. Through my blog, printables and simple practices of self-discovery, I hope to spark inspiration, build community, and remind you that you’re not alone on this path.
